Challenges
Integrating novel technology into a traditional industry
Designing an experience for staff with a marketing background to effectively use AI is quite a challenge. My goal for this project was to balance the needs of enterprise clients with the development constraints within Zeta Global.

The design team faced a shortage of user research and opportunities to acquire direct user feedback, which made design decisions for this project more cautious and deliberate.

Balancing product priorities and user goals
While the product owners aimed to advocate certain features on behalf of the company, the user's daily actions were sometimes deprioritized.

Adapting to a design system undergoing migration
At the time of crafting this project, the design team was migrating to its design system library, which created obstacles to rapidly prototyping and delivering a high-fidelity version.

While the page offers entry points for AI models and agents, the current design lacks an effective way to navigate between tabs and locate items within potentially long lists.

One of the primary functions of this page is to enable users to create new AI agents for their marketing needs. Highlighting this call-to-action can significantly enhance its value and frequency of usage.

A more effective layout and component design to enhance visual communication efficiency
One of the most critical and addressable UX problems is the current layout design, which uses an outdated card component that slows users from exploring the content. Revisiting the design can significantly boost the page's effectiveness.
